How to get not just subs, BUT FANS

great point,
but the problems is, i have and create my channel, my hope is i will get some youtube subscriber that likely balanced with my youtube videos, but that's not happening, I have too many videos and very small subscriber.

actually iam doing some gaming channel, it's just for fun.
 
I subcribe what I do is I upload a video then wait for the views to go up I also share my videos on all networksites :)
 
this is alot of help thanks there. but my friends dont give me feed back other than its good. so i dont know how to make it better or if its bad and they are being nice.
 
I very much agree with all the points made, especially keeping up quality with quantity. I've also heard many places that one video/wk is a good rate.

Why is my font so big?

I'd strongly recommend checking out the book "Fans, Friends And Followers" by Scott Kirsner which goes into great depth on how to be successful on with digital media. Really helped me out! :D
