They delete your account with adsense so you only profit through fullscreen.

Just to be clear, the Adsense is only unlinked from your channel, you should still have an Adsense say for if you wished to monetise a website etc and I believe you will still have the earnings but you wont get them until you reach the minimum payout which is £60, for USA I am unsure what it is.
