So, I am closing on my subscriber goal and I was wondering, when did you dudes do your first subscriber special?

If you have not yet done one, when do you plan on doing your first?

Ok, I will probably wait a bit before I do mine then. I am close to hitting 10 and thought it was a bit too soon to be doing one, but just wanted to see the general consensus (<-- big word. Woo!).
