It would make sense for there to be higher paying ads on a more popular channel, although it might depend on the quality of views, audience retention, and the location of the viewer. I am wondering, if 1,000 users view your video, but no one clicks an ad or sees a in-stream video ad, do you still get paid for that 1,000 views, which is the CPM?
