Netherlands has bad CPMs. A lot of EU Countries do.

But 2 things:

1) I assume the partner layer has also influence on this and not only analytics...right?

2) We have the complete opposite! Europe has the highest CPM....so....hhmmm???

2) The highest CPMs are from English Speaking countries.

I was under the impression you would have the Analytics CPM, and if you are partnered with a network, that would have influence on it as well.
