How leave a network ?

have you already talked to the support staff? perhaps say you aren't getting the support you need in a timely manner?

Well at least it will get them talking about what the partner is unhappy about...
besides you never know what provisions are in an individual's contract so I wouldn't rule it out.
 
In fact I'm fed up about the CPM

An average of 0.8$ for the last month, and moreover the take 40% of it...

But I think that the CPM is not a good reason for them, so what I say to them ?
