How do you find how much you'll make per 1mil views

Wow $3,000 for 3,000,000 monetized views is really bad even with Adsense.

So probably around 1.7 million monetized views or something

Your $1 cpm isn't terrible, and ad-revenues have spiked recently..
I imagine you won't have a hard time at least matching that amount via a network.

If so ,he is a millionare by now :)
I'm shocked some people find this shocking.

Also I would really, really doubt the $6/1k number ---

Why? Because it will fluctuate wildly. No networks will quote you future numbers unless they are giving you a fixed rate... and let me tell you, no fixed rate network is offering you $6/1k monetizable views. $3? Curse does it. $4? probably someone out there. More? Naah.

Simple, Monetized views x CPM x % of revenue you take after cut from network expressed as a decimal, I'll give you an example.

You get 3.5 mil views, lets say 3 million are monetized.
Your CPM is 6$ and your network takes 30% of your gross revenue.

3million x 6$ CPM = 18,000$ x 0.7 = 12,600$

I don't mean to ask a stupid question but what exactly is CPM
