How can I bump my video up the subbox just like this example

Tried searching all over the place on how to do this, but couldn't find any answers. So I was scrolling through my subbox and I noticed this post that continued a gif and linked the most recent video from the channel. The video was a couple days old itself but this "post" was recent and bumped up the video to the top of the subbox. How can I do this as well because it would really help my videos. Here is a picture of how the post with the gif and link looks like if you don't know what I'm referring too. Thanks for the help

I'm willing to bet that's a "post" from the new community tab (https://youtube-creators.googleblog.com/2016/09/youtube-community-goes-beyond-video.html).

Your screenshot shows your option to display Videos and Posts at the top of the YouTube app. But I don't believe all creators have access to the community tab yet.
