Help with Tax Part of Network Contract?

Are they asking who owns the address you're living at? Sorry I don't quite understand the question :)

The network has already ticked the box that says : The beneficial owner is a resident of:..... and I'm meant to fill in them dots and tick a box that says "I Understand" Well atm I sure as hell aint tickin that box! lol

That's you're home address in that case. Beneficial owner basically means that you live there, but your parents own it:

Basically it just states that you're not tax dodging by putting a fake address.

The OP would be receiving Money from Self Employment, but he's not 'Employed' by the Network, he's considered a Sub-Contractor.

And to the asking why they'd need your bank info, I gotta ask this, how do you expect them to pay you without that info? They either send Paper Checks, ACH Transfers, or PayPal.
And I know in the US the Threshold BEFORE you have to report your earnings is $600 of Self Employment, anything after that you are responsible for filing via a 1099 Misc form.

Hope that helps ya some!

So for identification of the beneficial owner is that me or the owner of the house?

Thanks, I think its 8100£ per year in the UK atm

This explains it in great detail. I'm sorry it's complex. Sadly that's the law, there's rarely a way to make it.... short, lol.

Okay thx, it asks for stuff like US taxpayer identification number I'm not sure if I'm meant to fill that in or leave it blank considering im from the UK?

Ignore that, you're not a US citizen it doesn't apply. If you have a tax code (from recent wageslip if you have one) you could try putting that in. If you've never had a job, just leave it blank.

Okay thanks, May I ask how come you need to sign all this to partner with a network but don't when you just monetize with google adsense?
