Sorry for slow replies to everyone went out, I'm from UK, I literally don't understand any of this whole form at all, wtf am i signing and surely with the amount of money il be making I don't need to pay taxes?

This is going to seem complex but read this:

It will tell you EVERYTHING you could possibly need to know. There are even phone numbers you could ring etc.

Well you need to sign them in case you start making that kind of money.

Do you know if signing with a network means you are employed? For example I am currently on a healthcare plan where I live and it is only free if I am an unemployed student.

Yes, anything that earns you money is classed as being self employed. Even mowing someone's lawn once a week.
