Has anyone seen the Verified YouTube accounts?

I don't see the point of this. Is this to make sure that it's really WheezyWaiter for example, rather than someone pretending to be him? But then couldn't you just tell by the name? Unless it's for a corporation, like saying this is the officiaul channel for PBS or something, I don't see the purpose of this.

I found it you have to have a good amount of followers on google and google plus which I haven't yet for some reason so I can't get it yet but I'm sure people know it's me on youtube and not someone else

In my opinion this is a way to make google+ kick off, if you take a look you need to be using it.

I'm sure alot of you will agree google+ was a total flop, and this is just a way to make it work very clever if you ask me.

its worth doing in a way has it makes you stand out.
