Okay so I've done a hell of a lot of googling and it looks like.. you will get a matched third party if you upload it and it will only be viewable in certain countries (still most countries) you also won't be able to monetize it, if you do you will get a copyright strike which will prevent you from being able to get partnership from up to 6 months after you delete the video, if you're a partner you're able to claim the visual only! if you claim the audio you will get a strike which could lead to losing partnership and possibly get your account banned. You will still get a matched third party on the video again only making in available in certain countries.
Also.. Matched 3rd party content is a copyright strike! you get 3 copyright strikes as a normal youtuber before your account is seized and maybe deleted. As a partner any copyright strikes can lose you partnership (this matters on how strike the network is, most networks give you a day or so to delete the video or give you a warning)
So far all the big youtubers that are with networks (KSI for example) have been fine and haven't had any matched third party or such but it's a risk to upload this video.
