Gain a Sub Lose A Sub

I haven't experienced this because I haven't yet did a giveaway video but as much as I hate too admit even though you may gain a lot of viewers/subscribers to your channel from giveaways, a lot just subscribe for the free stuff and once they don't get it they unsubscribe, If I were you next time I'd give them a reason to stay saying there will be one in the future or to test if your subs are real or not that want to win the next giveaway if you choose to do another one, make them answer questions only loyal subs would know to win. Good luck tho! Hope things get better in terms of loosing subs. i always tell myself when I loose a sub that its just one less ghost on my channel
 
I lose subs everyday. If I kept them all I would have hit 100k already.
I just ignore it now and concentrate on creating new content. Subs will come in time.
