I partnered with Fullscreen recently and I too had that problem, but they notified me on the site that it was an issue and they were working on it. They claimed it was an issue with YouTube though. I haven't been partnered long, so I am still nervous about seeing how much I will make. I know its gonna take time, but I am excited too. Everything I've read about Fullscreen has been very positive.
