Well good. I'm glad they are finally doing something about this huge problem on YouTube.

Yea YouTube managed to shut down a big botting site I think they say he was somehow connected to them or something :p
But the drama was he got money for non-botted views taken away aswell, like he didn`t just get the 70% of mobile views money taken away the other 30% was too :|

Did he post up his contract for you to see? It's not in our main channel or gaming channel contract and it's not in the contracts of friends who have asked me to look theirs over. I work as an attorney for a living, so I would have spotted something dumb like that right away.

That's great news actually! And I don't feel sorry for him at all. He shouldn't have put his real money at risk when he started botting.

Nah, he told me about it in a Skype call, but he has 400k subs so he`s bigger than you :p, also they were offering better than normal deals to those who left machinima
 
I'm with Fullscreen and I think they're doing a great job. That's all I got, at the end of the day you have to do pick the folks that you believe fit your needs. Good luck. :)

I'm just saying I've never seen that wording in any contract-and I've seen contracts from channels larger than his (not gaming related). Not taking sides or anything, but if anyone has 400k subs, they should hire a lawyer to look over the contract. Trying to save $200-300 in legal fees is not a good idea when it could easily cost you much more than that if you sign a bad contract.

He did, He had 2 lawyers actually since him and his 3.5M subscriber friend wanted to go to the same network and they had different lawyers, you`d be surprised the machinima contracts allow them to use your channel for anything, they could make there partners sub to a big partner if they wanted to :p

So how in the world can 2 lawyers miss the very thing they're being paid to spot?
