That can't be good. It is the second time Fullscreen has been sued in the last year that I know of :( Also I love the way he says "so called Multi channel networks" like no one has ever heard of Fullscreen...

I think there are alot of people that read NY Times that don't even know what a youtube network is or the names of those.
 
Just simply stupid! Why do people have to sue people for such things. Makes me angry as hell!
Simple. Negotiation as stated above and to make themselves known. They just want to say hey Im here to Fullscreen. These artist know good and well that they will never win this suit. They are just trying to attract attention.
 
These types of lawsuits haven't been successful yet. Besides, for the most part, Fullscreen isn't responsible for the content.

Wait by artists you mean the companies suing them? Can't they win knowing how powerful they are to the music industry?
