I live a few miles away from Fullscreen in Mar Vista.

I am not part of Fullscreen but I have had email communications with them and the response time and knowledgable responses are good. My situation may be different than others though.

I'm with Creator X and their support is amazing. Their who comes around here gave a tip about turning back on analytics on YouTube, I emailed the support, I got a response the same day and it was turned on the very next day. Their support is great. They know what they are doing over there, it was a quality decision that I'm really happy I made. I never applied directly with Fullscreen, so I can't offer anything on how that experience would be.
