Fullscreen / Creator X ...difference?

I think it depends on who your partner manager is-and in our case, if you have previously injured him on camera while making a video. Response time for us is usually within 15 minutes. 1 hour on weekends or when he's on vacation.
I wonder if I met your partner manager last night! :eek: got to meet some of the FullScreen staff last night! :D The base of operations is pretty cool ^^
 
I always email him directly. I can also text/call or reach him on facebook and twitter.
wow I love that kind of relationship! :D I can twitter/dm with CreatorX, but there isn't a name associated with it, just CreatorX. I can't call or text them though. That's be interesting :eek:

Was everyone in your pic? I didn't see him in there. Their office is decent. Wish it was easier to film outside without getting harrassed by security. You should check out Google (Venice), Youtube (Playa Vista) and Maker (Culver City). All those places reek of money.

I haven't seen those yet. I'd like to someday! Are you based in Los Angeles too? :eek:

And about the pic, that was just the channel owners who went to the meetup, no staff XD

I have a partner manager, and his emails take around 1-2 days, which isn't horrible, but my main problem with their support is that they forward emails all over the place, as the people who read the original emails for Support@fullscreen.net have very limited knowledge.

Have you tried emailing your partner manager directly? It's usually way faster. If I have to email support, the system slows things down, so it usually takes 3-4 hours.
