They have a huge reputation to uphold because the network in comparison to their main company is nothing in size. The corporation itself is much larger than 95% of all networks on Youtube.

My point is any document can be argued.

My other point is the ONLY way they can force this guy to join their network is if they chase him down in court, which they obviously won't do.

I'm not making the point that Zoomin is a good/bad/otherwise network. I did say to keep his options open.

You're right but same goes for 100% of other networks. Once the contract is signed and the person refuses to join, they only way they can get him to join is by taking him to court and no one who is not a high asset is worth the court fees.

Of course. Most other networks don't have you sign the contract as part of the application process, so this issue doesn't arise as often for others.
