Personally my recommendation is to look around a LOT more before determining anyone you are going with.

That application is attached with a 100% Legal document. ZoominTV is by far one of the most respected and powerful networks on Youtube. They have a huge reputation to uphold because the network in comparison to their main company is nothing in size. The corporation itself is much larger than 95% of all networks on Youtube.
When you go with Zoomin, you know you are in safe hands. Trust me.
