Just make sure to upload ur vids consistently, they'll come and subscribe to ur channel by itself.

Also, don't forget to be active on any forum like this and put ur channel as ur profile signature!! Trust me, they will come to you, and ur cahnnel will growth!!

I got about 30 or so straight away from people that read my blog, they naturally followed me across to youtube. Then it was a hard slog to 100, I got stuck for ages at about 50. Now most of my subscribers come from finding me on suggested videos, comments on other channels etc.
