Finding good tags?

That is what TubeBuddy and VidIQ are for, you're not using them correctly; they show the most used tags on YouTube videos, they suggest tags you should use for your videos and they then show you where you rank in YouTube search results.

You're not going to find tags if you don't search for them.
 
I use Google Adwords Keywords Planner (or whatever it's called), it allows you to search keywords (or tags) and get a list of similar tags, how often they're viewed on average a month, how high the competition is and a bunch of other information regarding the tags. It's a great way to see what is searched that is similar to your content, what wording is best, and how much chances you have by using certain tags.
