Do you use "phrase commas" in long tail/compound tags?

Can anyone give me a deffinate answer on if you should use the " mark in your compound tags. I've seen some of the youtube creator guys recommend doing it and others who don't do it at all.

I don't think you need to. Tags are only required to be separated by quotation marks in the upload defaults section. I haven't used quotation marks for my compound tags and Tube Buddy shows what slot my videos are ranked at within each compound tag I have. It's pretty accurate.
