Do people without an Account get notified?

Even when I’m not subscribed to a channel I get notifications for different YouTubers new videos that I have watched before.

so my question is can people who watch my videos regularly but don’t have a youtube account still get notified in the app?

I'm not 100% sure but if someone has watched a lot of your videos and it fits the algorithm, I don't see why your videos would not be suggested for them regardless if they're subbed to you or not.

I believe that people do end up seeing your videos pop up on YouTube when they go on the site, but I don't think get notifications.

you should pop up in there suggestions and posibly home page but I don't think they would get notifications. I could be wrong though just a guess.
