Dead subscribers

It looks like you're doing a great job as you are, focus on videos you love making and make sure you implement SEO so that people will find your videos on Google and YouTube.

Subscriber count doesn't reflect how successful you are as a YouTube and because of the YouTube algorithm changes, most of your subscribers probably aren't seeing your videos anyway.

i think making a new channel would be ridiculous

even with a complete change in the type of content you deliver, having 10000 subscribers, or even getting a few hundred extra "free views", is an advantage you want to keep

there is already massive amounts of competition on youtube, and we're all gonna need all the help we can get to make it

you, fortunately, have a jumpstart on most of us on here :)

focus on the content youre making now, and make your channel the best that it can be :)
