Creator x Partnership

Could I be partnered with Creator X?
First, nice Halo skills! :D

Your daily views and upload history are right in the area we want.

However, we're seeing at least some videos without commentary and that won't really fly. Also, we suggest not having any Halo videos! :( If you did get approved despite those things, then you shouldn't monetize the non-commentated or Halo videos. We actually suggest deleting them to be safe.

Does this apply to fullscreen/fullscreen arcade and yeoush too? (The part about not being able to post gameplay without commentary) I thought you guys had the license for gaming content.

Looks good. :) Two things that might throw off your application...

1. Your daily views need to come up a bit. (Aim for 100!)
2. We need to see more recent uploads. (not really enough since coming back from hiatus)

Otherwise... no copyright strikes/issues, no banned AdSense, no invalid click activity are the main things.

We suggest seeing what happens with your application before worrying because they can approve based on other things! If you do get a denial, don't sweat it... simply keep at it and re-apply in 30 days. Also, you can contact us to take a look before re-applying. :) (PM or post on our profile)

Hope that helps and good luck!

also I no I don't get a lot of views but I will try to produce lots of great content variety and passion and drive behind them and much more I know my channel is not great but I hope you guys accept me and give e a chance to shine and truly define myself on youtube even if it is a no I am still gonna try and no offense you wont hear the last of me if you say no I will just dust myself off come back :)

Yes, across the board, those are the rules and advice people should be getting. There are a lot of games out there with countless rights holders... no way to license them all! Adding educational commentary puts it under "fair use" (in theory) and still adheres to YouTube's outline of monetizable content.

As far as Halo, to be blunt, Microsoft is somehow above "fair use" "rules", so even with commentary... they don't want you monetizing it. Who is really going to take the time to argue with Microsoft? Not us! Of course there are some exceptions... Machinima, Roosterteeth, and who knows who else due to various reasons.

thanks for the info

Not a problem! We suggest, if you get denied, reply to the email with your pitch... it's pretty good and they could reconsider. ;) Regardless, you've got the right attitude! :)

LOL! For awhile now! ;) (late November) We're big fans of YTT! HAI! :D

Thank and damm right I will I will not give up like my favorite quote "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." Winston Churchill [DOUBLEPOST=1358555077,1358551141][/DOUBLEPOST]

Should be fine. We, of course, only want one application per channel, but if you thought you gave the wrong email... then that was probably best. You're welcome and, yes, 2 years is a long time. ha

Honestly, unsure if it matters past the first step. However, it might. For now, just sit tight. Allow 7 business days from the first apply date and then DM us if you still haven't heard! We'll sort it out! ;)

Again, you're welcome :)
