You have 2010 views a day so you should be fine, networks don`t tend to care about subs because they only make money from views

I know Fullscreen requires 30,000 views a month and at least 500 subscribers. That's what they told me when they denied me a couple of weeks ago.

The good thing about Creator X is we're a Fullscreen sub-network, but our requirement is much lower.

Your upload history itself is looking excellent! (consistency of uploads) Otherwise, it will come down to what the review team thinks.
