Creative Nation Help?

I applied for a Creative Nation partnership and then a few hours later received an invitation via e-mail to ForelaDigital. If I accept the ForelaDigital partnership will that be accepting the CreativeNation one? I'm so confused.

First off it seems they never sent you a contract which would be indeed against YouTube's MCN terms. Secondly, that is the wonder of joining a new company with 30+ sub-networks... confusion.

The contract is embedded in the application form that he applied via, also Creative Nation happens to currently be the top Sub Network of ForelaDigital so maybe that is why he'd like to join.

The contract is embedded in the terms Austin. When the person submits the forum, he agree's to the contract terms. Therefore it isn't against YouTube MCN terms. He should of been more careful as to read the form.

Also, can you please stop bashing on Creative Nation, they are currently the largest sub-network of Forela which may be why he is interested. Your not exactly giving helpful advice are you Austin?

From my knowledge, and I was told by Shane that simply utilizing a form not an actual agreement is still not legal. I am following what Shane told me.

As for the advice portion, if someone is that confused on the simple process of signing / partnering I think it speaks wonders.[DOUBLEPOST=1371995145,1371994859][/DOUBLEPOST]

Feel free to Google that and possibly look at ' Standard Form Contracts' or other legal issues with what you are mentioning.

As a note for the moderators who see the posts, no bashing ever occurred. Noting to users the risks involved is not bashing, nor is telling the truth. Slander is false statements with no grounds to back them up.

Zoomin, Forela etc. have had it verified and it is legal. Plus the likes of other networks such as RPM, Fullscreen, Quizgroup have the same process Austin, so are trying to say they are operating illegally? Some people don't bother to read the terms, and that's their fault. If they are don't, they are advised to look over them. Shane didn't tell you anything of this nature.

How is that not bashing?, you are clearly disregarding a network for it's sub-networks.

The post was written to say the user basically 'checked' a box to sign. Fullscreen, RPM, etc. utilize legal online contracts in which signatures are placed. Possibly I mis-read which I my mistake but Shane said directly to me ' We are moving from the online terms box system because it is not allowed'.

As for bashing, I haven't said anything that wasn't true and verifiable with back-up. My back-up would be Shane noting that to me, from my knowledge. Joining a network isn't signing up on FaceBook. Using the excuse of ' Oh they didn't read it haha we got them ' is disgusting and I pity the networks who depend on children who don't read contracts.

Again noting, I haven't said anything false. If you continue to badger I can provide more issues related to the network topic, but I would prefer for it not to get to that as Matt hasn't been disrespectful to me. Please understand that sub-networks run these forums and much of the bias information provided to users is false.

Shane didn't note you anything. I have gone and asked him that, so I don't know where that knowledge is coming from. No excuses are being used here, if they don't read it, they are advised to read it again, that's why Matt had sent him a contact email to resolve the issue. As you put it, kids are not just 'snatched' by the network.

Note: I never accused you of saying anything slanderous or giving out false information. All I corrected you on was the form, then you had to bring in apparent legal issues which are none of your business. I think if they were operating illegally, they would of been shut down by Google already. Thanks.

Note 2: As a side note, I know you own your own network too Austin. SquareOne, a sub-network of OmniaMedia, so I don't get how you can call information from these sub-network's biased.

Out of the information you listed, it is all wrong. I would double check your facts.

To point out one, although Google does shut down MCN's operating illegally, they also miss a few. So that is irrelevant.[DOUBLEPOST=1372005974,1372005560][/DOUBLEPOST]

As I noted before, I would advise you to stop badgering me at this time. I have been happy with using my time better spent, but I am glad to make threads with the knowledge of the networks you refer to with of course proof provided.

You didn't have to reply though did you Austin? But no, you always have to be the one who's correct and that you know everything...Advice my damn a**e.

I've seen how you can consistently slandered Creative Nation amongst other networks. Always trying to prove their wrong and your right, and if your telling me that's right because your 'facts' are right, then your a hypocrite. I can even prove it just by searching through your threads, so lie and act like you don't, you consistently base your decisions on your own assumptions.

Anyway's, I'm tired of you. If you wish to continue wasting your time as you said, be my guest. I honestly do not care.
