But I wanted to join Creative Nation, not Forela Digital.

ForelaDigital is the MCN they are under. CreativeNation is a VN. And you were not sent a contract because in the form, you agree to the contract terms, as stated here: http://www.foreladigital.com/#!terms/c1h5y

It says so on the form.

Okay. Thanks. By the way, before I sign the contract I will hopefully be getting soon, does anyone know if Creative Nation is that good of a network? Like, do they have a high CPM and stuff? Have there been any complaints?

Okay. But it doesn't even seem like there is a contract or anything. When I click on the "learn more" link in the invitation it brings me to the YouTube dashboard. From there, there is something that says "Broadcast Media has invited you to join their network". I have no idea what's going on.

That means you already have an existing invite from their network. If you click learn more, you can then reject their invite, if you don't wish to sign with them.
