Common issues that keep you under 1,000 subscribers

First post I've actually read since being here and let me tell you... It was great and very informative. I am a small YouTuber and I hope in the future I will reference some of what was in the OP to help me grow! Thank you!
 
This is a brilliant starting reference to begging to grow your youtube channel. I have found this very informative. I currently have 8 subscribers after around 5 months so I seem to be doing everything wrong. Please could some take a look at my channel and tell me where I am going wrong. I have tried changing tags and key words but this doesnt seem to get me anywhere.
 
Thanks for this post. I watch your videos on youtube like a religion ha ha. I'm always trying to better myself. I always research heavily and see what I can do to improve my channel. I think my titles and thumbnails are good and I'm happy really happy and proud that my thumbnails keep improving but with content I'm hoping that I'm improving but I'm not too sure but it's defo something I have to look into.
 
This is very useful information and it should be taken pretty seriously. We're still a tiny channel but have found the best growth from interaction with other channels in our field and connecting with our subscribers. You've gotta come across as real people who others want to chat/connect with.
 
Thank you so much for your advice, as I am just starting out I am looking for all the advice that I can get! I just reached my first 100 after a couple weeks of consistent posting and it is definitely encouraging! Can't wait to hit that first 1,000:D
 
your advice is good and all,but don t you think that is the same ol stuff said and said and already said several time,change thumb,keep on tags,show it on fb , use other social network and the list goes on and on and on.. sometimes i believe should useful talking about the money involved in publicity on youtube and why some channels become big after night.. maybe they do tens thousand contract with other big you tubers to have shoutout or something like that.. i mean the little "dark side" of you tubers who become big without having something really unique.. just sayin...
 
I have just started my channel and to get more than 10 subs would honestly make my day. I find it to be so hard to establish yourself. I'm just learning and figuring out my channel whilst trying to encourage people to watch your content. One things for sure I'm enjoying myself and that's enough for me

I've only just started my new channel (only channel) with no subs or many views haha but I would have been lost with out your advice and know how!
