I was hesitant to join this forum because the title was about breaking through 1000 subscribers and I just have what...10? However, I find the post so encouraging for a beginner like my team.

While reading the steps, my initial reaction was:
1. Poor branding. - "Mine's doing fine, i know my audience (kids), I'm a mom myself!"
2. Poor titles and thumbnails. - "Im using keywords, and i worked really hard on my thumbnails, I'm doing fine."
3. Craft better videos. - "My teammate (my 2-yr-old son) loves my vides. I'm doing fine."

Then it had me thinking. If I continue with this attitude, I will never improve and I will never get to join forums like this where people are talking about 1000 subscribers and above! :D I realized we really have to be open minded and think beyond our comfort zones and be open to critics who would tell us what we're doing wrong.

Anyway, I just started my channel a few weeks ago and I know I got a lot to learn and hope to meet people who can help me learn more to improve! Thanks for the post! ;)
