I don't think you should call it a giveaway, when you call it that, and especially when you plan on giving it away based on subs or other activity from your subs, people hate that. I don't think giveaways will really help grow your channel either, since most people don't subscribe for you, but for the prize.
But if you want to give something away, you could do something like have them show their support in some way.
