It is, but you can make a lot of money if you're a larger channel. We did a collaboration video with Food For Louis last week that he used for his gorilla campaign. The budget was around $8k total with a $25 CPM. His video did about 125k views before the money ran out, so he made over $3k from that video in just over 48 hours.

With Vultra`s Promotions program CPMs are that high and from what people her have said it seems the same with Fullscreen`s gorilla program..

A $20 cpms is possible , I usually get a 10-15$ CPM without using any promotions
