I uncheck the ads that CANNOT be skipped. Am I going to get more revenues when I turn in it OFF or ON?

Up to you really I just tick everything (except mid roll ad's & product placement).

In all honesty the people who really REALLY don't like ads just get adblocker. Anyone else is usually just fine putting up with it. You should be fine having anything you want checkmarked.

I find most people blame ads on YouTube rather than content creators.

^^^ That too... The only time I've complained about ads was when there was a 2 min un-skipable ad and the video I was trying to watch was 45 seconds long... lol and even then I just blamed youtube.
