One Adsense account per channel,

So if he wants to keep his channel, do what I said before :
No, but you can appeal to get it back OR if you havn`t been blacklisted (banned for botting etc) you can apply to Acifin (or another one I can`t remember) to get it removed in return for a really long contract.

If he wants to make another Adsense account he needs a new channel :)

Ok I get it now I will tell him. If he had a second channel and it got the same amount of views but on a different Adsense would they partner him?
