Are my thumbnails boring?

When creating the thumbnails use a canvas of 1280x720 this will give them good quality and also remove the black bars. Don't just have a white background either! find a picture that relates to the video and maybe add a few effects to if, also find a nice way of putting the text onto the thumbnails. Even if it's as basic as my thumbnails (look in my signature) mine's just an image from the video with a bar near the bottom which is cut in half with the title on 1 side and the episode number in the other, doesn't look boring because of the image and it's easy to read the text :)

Thanks, I'll bare that in mind and I might make some new, improved thumbnails tonight!

Have you told all your mates about your channel? Perhaps cross-promoting your content on Facebook might help a bit? Also, the vids are kinda short as a whole. Maybe focus on making some that are 2-3 minutes long might help you out?

My friends know but don't watch my videos LOL! + I try and make them as long as possible tbh I need some better ideas!
 
Fill out the full size of the image, 1080x720 or 1920x1080. Add some detail to your text, and add a texture to the white, it hurts my eyes.
