Are any Mobile views Monetizable?

Cellphones do get ads now. I tested mine a while ago and mine are showing on mobiles so im headed just look up some of your videos on your cell and see if there showing.

He used to have his channel link in there and he does have a lot of views so he's definitely telling the truth, also did you take a look at my channel on your cell? :p
 
Dw about checking my channel on your cell phone, i've got no ad's displaying atm I'm in process of claiming a load of vids and the ads arent showing yet
