Yep :/ reason number 5 million why nobody should ever rely on YouTube for a permanent income! They seem to be finding more ways to pay partners less these days that's for sure.
Yeah, it kinda worries me sometimes the amount of people on here who genuinely think youtube will be there only source of income or job soon, obviously some successful youtubers can get to that point but it would be extremely difficult.

I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. My payout and CPM are better then ever and I'm on track to do youtube fulltime straight out of high school.
