Promote the hell out of your channel on various social media. That really helps with views. I would also consider changing your banner and profile picture. Your banner is too generic. Make a banner that tells something about your specific channel. And I would change the profile picture to some sort of logo or an image that they can clearly see you. Good luck with your channel!
