I would recommend going direct with a network instead of a CA, as direct will increase your revenue share.

That`s wrong.. the MCN I`m under doesn`t take anything extra via a CA..

It is generally correct however and never does being in a MCN actually LOWER your CPM.... but if you are in a CA/PN/etc it has the chance of lowering your CPM if there is some hidden deal where an extra split is taken of the revenue.
