Okay let's go there. I posted 2 Hitman absolution walkthru commentaries and although they were commentaries for some reason I received an email that square Enid claimed copyright (over a commentary falling under FAIR USE?!) and what's more my acc was penalized! It said that if I delete the video the acc would restore, so I did but I do not understand how in the slightest realm of anything this has to do with 50K views dissapearing or how they could penalize me over a damn commentary! (the penalization was only in the form of taking my ability to upload 15min + videos, but it still p****d me off hard).

This is def. a possibility!
Did the vids you deleted count up to 50k views?

The culprit is videos "lost" on the 11th. We verified with our friends at VidStatsX... you went from 156 videos to 149. Though the view count may have been adjusted before deleting or privating anyway... that part is unclear.

Well, metrics wise... forgetting the negative views... you qualify for several networks. Anyone that only requires about 500 views a day.

Most would ignore the negative views I think. Assuming you don't have any long term account issues related to that.

I have deleted a few vids of bf3 walkthru where there was no commentary and no one watched them anyway (had like 40views per)... but how can deleted videos result in negative views?

Well, like we said, the count looks like it may have been adjusted before the deletions anyway. Meaning they "marked" certain videos as invalid or audited your views in some way.

As far as invalid videos or deletions making it show negative... it's just comes down to math. Your total views were higher, but then went down, so you end up with a negative number.

This particular issue has nothing to do with that. This is a well-known issue with stats sites because of YouTube taking away views from your account. (for any number of reasons) It has been this way for a long time and happened on many accounts.

Might not be the answer you want, but it is the answer in this case.
