YT Biggest Loser :(

Hey guys. So I was really excited about my youtube channel until I saw no one watches my videos :( I was so excited to make new subscriber friends and comment back and fourth but I don't know how to get peoples attention to my videos :( I could really use a fellow YTber's friendship/support. Anyone out there? I need you :(
I've been saying this all the time on this forum - good content.

So my best advice to you is to be unique
I don't think he has to worry about that. If anything, his videos are unique.
until I saw no one watches my videos
In your first video you put up you said 'If you liked the videos you've seen up to now...' but you didn't have any other videos at that point, right? lol Anyway, I subbed because I don't want to see you get discouraged, but you're going to have to do a couple of things if you expect people to watch your video.

Firstly, I have no idea what your channel is about. Entertainment, sure, but what am I looking at exactly? What you need to do is create a short channel trailer (under 1 minute) that explains your channel to people and lets them know what kind of videos they can expect to see on a regular basis if they subscribe and how often they can reliably expect to see new videos.
Secondly, you have to upload on a regular schedule that adheres to what you said in your channel trailer.
Thirdly, and most importantly, you have to improve the quality of your videos. If your target audience is people who want to look at shirtless guys laying on the floor having a good time then fine, but even then you'd still have to bring something more interesting to your video.

Come up with an idea. Something more original. The 'Jungle Fashion Film' is interesting, but what's the idea? What's the point? Maybe I'm just not familiar with that type of video.

OMG Thank you for the feedback! That was very kind and informative.

Hey Todd, do you have other ways to send traffic to your videos? Like a blog or website? If not, it's a good idea to start one ...
