YouTubes new Feature?

I'm back again, just wondering if the 'Uploaders notes' is a new YouTube thing? If so, what do you guys put in there, or is it just to do with my Heartbeat extension I have?

Well I uploaded today and didn't notice that well actually I was on photoshop creating a thumbnail while it was uploading lol but yeah next time I'll look out for that

I think, Its Heartbeat Feature. They also launch a new feature call Heartbeat Tags to get more views.

I enabled the Heartbeat extension for a little bit yesterday and I noticed that uploader's notes section. But it's not there once I disable it
