Youtubers who say "Hey guys"

"Hey guys, how are you doing... Dutch Texan here," is what I used last time. Guess you'd better start unsubscribing people that open up with that. Which... seems about everyone in this thread! Hahaha!

I just say "Hey guys how's it going?" cause ya know i like to know about my audiences day. I feel like it engages them, asking them about themselves.

Isn't it just a formality now. People hear, hey guys so many times it probably goes over their head. It doesn't hurt to say it, but I doubt a viewer sits there like, yes he acknowledged me!

I literally say 'Hey there guys', its just a simple way to start each video, besides I call everyone my internet friends so why wouldn't I say hi? :')
& I actually quite like "Hi guys how's it crackalacking?", MusicalBethan says it and its different to me :D

Yes I was referring to Musicalbethan and I actually really like her videos! - I just don't like the introduction! I know I'm being a grump about this for no real reason by y'know - you can't help the things that gripe you can you?[DOUBLEPOST=1425480067,1425479884][/DOUBLEPOST]I'd like to compel people to start saying "This is your lord and Master speaking" - But I think it might hurt subscriber counts.

I say "Hey Everyone." My bad. I guess it just feels natural to greet the audience. Maybe I'll just jump right into it next time and see how that feels. I never thought about it before.

Since I do reviews, I typically get right into the subject and don't address the audience.

But when I do VLOGS, I often start with 'Hey, now!'. Of course, people have said that I stole that from the Larry Sanders show but I could care less. My 'Bye, bye' salutation came from TV as well. Of course, many people say it but the intonation that I use came from watching The McLaughline Group in the 90's. Oh yeah, I use 'Again, Again!' from the ABC show 'Dinosaurs' from the 90's as well.

I don't get frustrated by what people say, more how people sound. It's irrational, I know, but I hate when I hear a commentator whose voice is very "croaky". My advise would be to use all your lung space!

As for intro, my usually goes as follows: Hello! Everybody! This is A Heap Of Games, Adam speaking!

I don't know, I do it mainly due to the fact I want my audience to feel like they are a lot more than just an audience, I want my channel to seem kind of a family due to the reason I have made it to help others in their times of need. So if they ever need anything they casn always come to my chanel to cheer themselves up.

I normally say What's up YouTube, duelist, gamers, or cardfighters. I don't feel comfortable say just guys because I feel like I'm excluding out female viewers.
