I need help cuz im a youtuber and someone is trying to mess with me. He has 17k subs and he accepts paid shout outs and i have proof of him doing that. I wanted to know if that was against the yt terms and services

It is not against YouTube TOS to give people shout-outs. But you should elaborate a little more on the situation so I can give you a clearer answer. How is he messing with you?

The guy you link to on your channel (SandSeven7) also does paid shoutouts. In fact, he made a thread on this very forum about how he does it to teach others.

What he is doing isnt against the TOS as far as I can tell however what you are doing on your channel in the part series about him is against the law and probably even against the TOS. What you are doing to him in your videos is defamation
