YouTube won't let me monetize my latest video...

When you hit the monetize button it should bring you to a page with tick boxes and beneath it it should ask you for info on the commercial rights and ownership, you probably didn't provide enough info in that area
 
This has happened with three of my videos back to back. I'm really confused... I have no copyrighted content in the videos. I tick the 'monetize' box but I don't get options to write about this stuff. I submitted two of the videos to youtube with an explanation of how I am not braking their terms. Even so, no response. Any ideas?
