Youtube will not let me change my profile picture?!?!?!?

I have tried and tried to upload an image for my profile picture. The page reloads like it normally would when you change your profile picture, but the image stays the exact same!! The picture is the recommended 800x800 pixels and it is under 1mb like it should be. Does anyone know anything about this strange occurence?

It takes time to change. Give it time.

Have you clicked save? After clicking save, wait until it changes then click away.
 
It's weird. I do everything exactly how I do Before and it would update instantly... Now it's not.. Guess I'm gunna wait it out and see if it is just really delayed this time for some reason...
 
If your now using chrome... try using chrome then change your pic.. if you are using chrome then it's just delayed
