Hi friends!

Let's say I have this video here:

And come to find out that around the 10 minute mark my outro kicks in, but the preview for the next episode that is meant to be there is a black screen. Oh no.

So I uploaded the correct outro, just the outro, unlisted.

How would I use the video editor to trim out the old, and add the new? It seems like the only thing I could find is making a whole separate new video, instead of changing the old one. I would prefer not to reupload because of losing views and it screwing up my upload schedule/list.

I don't think that's possible. YouTube probably designed it that way so that people don't do something like make a popular video full of copyright then replace it with a completely different video you made.

Fair enough.

Naturally I googled the heck out of this and some articles explained that this was possible (of course not explaining how) as long as the video had no copyright strikes and was under 1000 views.
