YouTube video comparison of a competitors and our product.

I am wondering if this would be infringement of any of YT rules, I have looked and don't think so. We have done a direct comparison for our product and a competitors and I am wondering if we could be lible? It is currently private so only select clients given the link.

Could we get our YT account banned? What is your experience?? Everything is factual.
 
Honestly I do not know - however, mostly in commercials where they compare products, they use a blank bottle (for example) for the competitors' products, and do not mention them by name :) I think there is a reason for that :p (read as: I do not think it is legal)
However, I do think it is legal for a third party, not part of the "competition," to compare the two products ^^
 
I'm not really sure about YouTube, but I know on TV they never mention or show the competitors product/name.
