Looking at both of them right now. Neither are verified. The little check mark is next to the website, not your name which just means it is a linked website. If you were verified on Google+ you would be on YouTube too, they work together.
Your Google+ page is not verified right now but yes when it happens they do follow after the other, it can take up to a week for it to update on YouTube after being confirmed on Google+,
That just means that you have linked your website to your page (by inserting a piece of html code into a page of your website), anyone can do that, you can have 0 subscribers and do that.Whats the difference between the website being verified? and if the website is my youtube channel being verified, wouldn't it mean that they have verified that I am who I am?

The verified badge on Google+ is a little shield, once you get that it will also get you the rectangular verification badge on your channel within 2-5 days.
Yes, automatic verification has drastically improved lately with most legit channels seeming to get it between 100-150k subscribers.ahhh too bad. I was thinking, since they verified my website, which is my youtube channel, then they determined that I am who I am... Which would lead to a verification.
It seems that recently they just verify people when they hit 100k+ subs automatically... Thats what has happened to a few of my friends... Thats unfortunate, it would help a bunch to be verified now.
